If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
We will take back any unworn merchandise within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. All merchandise must be returned in new condition, with tags attached.
ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Unwashed/unworn merchandise in perfect condition
- Items free of smoke, pet hair, deodorant/make up stains
- Receipt or proof of purchase
Unfortunately sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges can be made within 15 days of delivery if the desired size or style is still available. Follow below instruction for exchange and please notify us which size you need.
- Please make sure you meet all the criteria above to ensure a complete return.
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "RETURN: ORDER #" describing the item you are returning and the reason why you are returning or exchanging.
- Once we receive your e-mail you will be sent a return label. We recommend sending back your order in the same packaging to ensure it arrives undamaged.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the Astrid team to process your return. Once the return is processed expect and email with your return status. If the return is approved, then your refund will be proceed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days from the time we received your return for it to processed.
- EXCHANGES: please indicate in your original return email the desired model and size. Please allow the Astrid team 7 business days to process the exchange. You will be receiving an email with a store credit code to use at checkout with the amount of your original total (excluding shipping).
